I found interesting input about drawing an imaginary triangle that crosses an eye on someone's face when you talk with them so you would look like a neurotypical person.

Also, there was a good reminder that neurotypical people forget social interactions quickly and don't remember them for months.

There are no background filters in the brain of neurodivergent people to filter out things, as happens in the neurotypical 95% of the population. Furthermore, different filters are missing in different neurodivergent people.

You need to change your routine depending on your state. Investigate what charges and drains different parts.

Now I see why standard teaching books and work methods don’t work for neurodivergent people.

I constantly see that you must maintain a strict daily schedule, but for me, it works only for a short period of time when everything is good, and then it all falls apart when my state changes.

It is bad that most companies demand visibility of your constant everyday work rather than the job being done.
