Maybe it is a problem on the @Paysera_bg level and not a global problem, but it saddens me. I paid for the DHL delivery and ready to pay a monthly fee. If they can't issue free cards to Ukrainians, they shouldn't do this promotion.

I ordered a @paysera card in October 2023, and the card wasn't issued and delivered to me. It puzzles me that financial institutions have problems with base things like issuing cards to new customers. PaySera is 20 years old and looks much worse than regular banks.
