Перший епізод #TheCrowdedRoom нагадує початок #MrRobot, коли більше уваги приділяєш тому, що більшості персонажів не існує, вони в голові головного героя та інші люди нікого з тих персонажів не бачать. Відносно цікаво, сподіваюсь, що ще здивують.

<p>I’ve shown my previous post to my English teacher, who spent almost 40 minutes of a lesson editing the text. There are a lot of mistakes made by me there but most of them can be avoided by practice, more reading, and improving my vocabulary. But two types of errors are interesting since I didn’t know about them till now. They are both related to the conjunction “and”.</p><p>Most puzzling was that I shouldn’t put a comma before the conjunction “and” in a compound sentence. Spellcheckers are putting coma there and most found English rules suggest that the comma is needed there. Nevertheless, I’ve been learning American English. It’s the most common in the world and more accessible with the most entertaining media in it. However, American English is trying to eliminate unnecessary commas and I shouldn’t put them in a compound sentence if it’s clear that “and” connects different parts of it.</p><p>Here is an article about that: <a href="http://grammartips.homestead.com/compoundsentences.html">http://grammartips.homestead.com/compoundsentences.html</a> It’s over 20 years old, so now, commas are used even less often than described. Furthermore, examples from it are considered wrong by spellcheckers. I’m using Grammarly for that and suggest you use it too. It’s an Ukranian product and especially needs support now.</p><p>The second common mistake is that I use “and” at the start of the sentence. That’s wrong. You shouldn’t start a sentence with a conjunction. I haven’t known about that and spellcheckers don’t warn you. In Ukrainian, I often start sentences with “and” but there are three words for that conjunction in Ukrainian, so that might be ok. Also, I think Twitter affects this a lot. Since most of the time, I write and read English on Twitter and everyone there tries to shorten the text, “and” is often overused instead of using more appropriate words.</p><p>I think I can avoid other mistakes if I spend a lot of attention to the details of the text written by me and use a thesaurus to find synonyms more actively. One common thing is that I don’t use Perfect Continuus tenses when needed but I see that English natives don’t use it often. Also, I don’t use Perfect tenses in all paces required but I think that’s a common problem for everyone who doesn’t have such tenses in their native language.</p><p>Additionally, to convey your thoughts to a larger audience, it would be best to use words that a wider audience can understand without problems. I have that problem in Ukrainian too. Спочатку у мене просто крінж був, коли я почув, що лідер це той за ким йдуть, а потім зараз згадав про те приниження через те, що я розумів підлеглих, а не тупо вимагав від них, і виникла лють. Чи лідер не повинен розуміти? Як на мене, розуміння потрібно.

Так, він не є лідером і показово відмовляється мене чути та розуміти, хоче з мене виліпити такого ж маніпулятивного менеджера. Навіть якщо то він маніпулятивно принижував та злив мене при команді, щоб обʼєднати мою команду навколо мене, то все одно це якась хрінь, як на мене.

Як же порою керівництво бісить. То публічно мене менеджер принижує при команді, коли я кажу, що я знаю чому підлеглий не може працювати, затикаючи мене та кажучи, що це не мої обовʼязки розуміти підлеглих. То тепер він мені каже, що хороший лідер це той, за ким слідують підлеглі.

And my tweets are not displayed in search results when sensitive content is disabled in settings, which is by default.</p><p>It was done to many Ukrainians, and some famous Ukrainian singers are banned similarly. Some say that’s is done to everyone. Twitter’s user base is divided into bubbles by many criteria. In the leaked Twitter code, you can see that everyone marked who writes about the war of Russia against Ukraine, and then such accounts are hidden automatically and less shown to others.</p><p>It was especially noticed by Ukrainians now when they tried to tell the world about the catastrophe caused by the destruction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant’s dam. At the same time, the CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk, posted on his page a video of pro-Russian propagandists Tucker Carlson, who talks about the destruction of the dam in the first seconds and then almost directly blaming Ukraine for the blowing it up without any proofs on the second minute.</p><p>So, the voices of Ukrainian were hushed when they tried to talk about the most monstrous Russian war crime up to date. And in the same time, the voice of Russian propaganda increased multiple times. Tucker Carlson was kicked from American TV, and it’s the first episode of his show on Twitter, and he starts with similar words that Kremlin tells in Russian news sources.</p><p>Despite Elon Musk’s help to Ukraine at the start of the war, his Twitter fights against Ukraine on the Russian side now. It explains why many self-employed people are not supporting Ukraine, with their income mainly depending on their social network profile. Also, it might explain why international ecological and wildlife organizations are ignoring the dam destruction, one of the most significant environmental catastrophes of the current century that killed thousands and thousands of animals and fish. If they talk about it, their social network reach will decrease, and they will get less money on other projects. Also, there might be an explanation that such organizations are on Russia’s payroll and Russians launder money through them, but the last thing needs solid proof.</p><p>It would be great if businesses didn’t remain neutral and supported Ukraine despite the risks, especially if they aren’t huge. But it’s hard to determine such a thing if you have ties to Russia and when the country is becoming increasingly inadequate toward its citizens daily. It’s not to mention more than 80% of Russia’s citizens support the war and bring danger to the world and people around them. Yeah, pretty idealist and naive thoughts that business will be on Ukrainian’s side. It’s better to express them in a separate post.</p><p>Finding a solution and effective way to fight against money would be great. Russia and Elon Musk spend enormous amounts of money on informational warfare against Ukraine. Ukrainians have quantity on our side, but is it sufficient? We should better understand the enemy, their motives and methods.</p><p>Elon Musk’s goal is to weaken the US and strengthen other poles worldwide. He’s chosen to try to keep Russia in power, but he could decide to make Ukraine powerful and make it one of the poles of the world that he envisions. Ukraine has more significant potential than Russia, and it was such a power in the distant past. Yes, idealistic and naive thoughts again, but this is part of me, one of the parts that keep me going.</p><p>We should strive to achieve something greater. And then we reach something for sure. Try to change the world for the better, and those around you will try to do that. Now, we must help those in need in the Kherson region. Please donate to organizations that rescue people and animals there, at least.</p><p>I hope I won’t be shadowbanned by Medium and LinkedIn.
