It’s Russian culture’s problem. It’s considered normal for Russians to kill hundreds of civilians that don’t present a threat. You can blame Putin and propaganda for the war. But the blame for mass civilian executions lies on the Russian people. Russians must be isolated.

It was a random shelling by Russain Grad MLRS of a residential district of Kherson city. Missiles hit buildings more than hundreds of meters apart from each other. Russians shelled the whole neighbourhood populated by civilians without a clear target to inflict terror.
