Ok. They suggested that I use the web version of the app. It’s a workaround. But they told it to me when I became angry and started to rant. It happens. The problem is a rare one, and there is no well-known procedure for responding to it.
But yes, in such a huge company, they have a huge backlog and issues that affect a tiny percentage of customers are discarded and don’t get into it. That’s how the business works. It’s me working in a small company, and we are trying to satisfy every customer if we can.
In such a case, the customer won’t be satisfied completely, but he wouldn’t be angry. And @RevolutApp makes me mad that they can’t help me and don’t plan to make a workaround (video call with support agent) or a fix (option to use frontal call) for the selfie camera problem.
On my job, we would be created an issue for that and answer the customer that we are planning to fix the problem in the future. We would be linked all similar complaints to that issue and then prioritize a fix or a workaround if complaints were significant quantity.
I’m leading a team that is fixing problems and rarely communicating with customers directly. I understand that customers with broken selfie cameras are a tiny percentage. I’m disappointed that we are just being ignored, and there is not event distant low priority plans to help us
I’m so angry that @RevolutApp doesn’t work on my phone with a broken selfie camera. And they don’t have any procedure to help me. Even they have a colossal client base. Ukrainian @monobankua is much smaller and has the option to have a video call with an agent in such a case.

They don't have direct funding like the Armed Forces. Although weapons are received from the ZSU, maintenance supplies aren't provided.
